What are the risks of this procedure / product?
If a patient has active breakouts on the area of the body that is to be treated, HydraFacial is not recommended for their skin. However, 1 or 2 breakouts can be skipped over and worked around during the treatment.
How do I prepare for this procedure?
To prepare for the Hydrafacial treatment avoid exfoliation and active ingredients a week before the treatment to minimize any chance of irritation! For example if you are using any Retinol, AHA, BHA, benzoyl peroxide, please avoid them for at least seven days before the treatment.
